Operations Support (BMC Ticketing exp required)

Position Description: Assist with planning and coordinating new technology, processes and infrastructure changes in the areas of PC Renewal, Managed Print Services, Client Updates, Operating System Changes, Wide Area Network Upgrades and File and Print Server Renewals Assist with the planning and coordination for moves of employees between or within buildings, new building openings, and building decommissions Assist with the planning and support for special events (UAW negotiations, Executive Conferences) Support Customer escalations by playing the role of customer advocate and connecting the customer to the community of IT professionals and Centers of Excellences and owning the escalation and problem resolution until the issue is resolved. We also communicate contacts, processes and how-to"s, including outage information, instructions, and documentation to site customers Manage the day-to-day operations and implementation of IT technology including MPS change orders, Elevated privileges deviations, PCR exceptions and the recovery of AWOL PCs. This position also manages the IT hardware disposal process and facilitates hardware reclamations We play the role of customer advocate and support our customers by setting priorities and expectations with support staff based on customer business requirements We actively participate in customer department and/or key user meetings to communicate core IT initiatives, assist the customer in acquiring IT related equipment and, assist with IT infrastructure recovery in the event of IT service disruptions We participate with the Security and Controls team and support Software Audits, help enforce compliance with IT policy and standards and assist with ACRs/ICRsSkills Required: Self-starter with ability to multi-task and shift priorities Highly Organized Customer focused with excellent communication skills Expertise using Microsoft Office Ability to interface with all levels of management Ability to work in a high pressure environment Ability to work with highly diverse teamsExperience Preferred: Working knowledge of BMC Remedy, Request Center, Windows 7, Windows 10, SCCM, Symantec, TCP/IP, hardware platforms, Encryption, and Remote Connectivity Working Knowledge of Local and Wide Area Networking Working knowledge of iPhone and iPad Working knowledge of Printer Connectivity Working Knowledge of Active Directory IT Certifications Project Management background Sharepoint Administration ITIL/ITSM Processes Digital Worker N/AEducation Required: B.S. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
