What are the role responsibilities?

In one of the most important roles in our organization, you will take inbound calls from credit union members and assist them with resolving account issues and financial inquiries. You will build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and help to impact people in a positive way.


What do we require?

High school diploma or GED.

Superior customer service skills.

Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems/online applications.

Bilingual English/Spanish fluency


What do we prefer?

Six months general customer service experience.

Financial services experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
