Training Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The Training Manager manages and aligns all learning activities to the organizational strategic goals while working collaboratively with all departments. The Manager leads the Training and Development team whose goal is to deliver exceptional educational training and development services.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees;
Conducting ongoing organizational learning needs assessments;
Driving training initiatives;
The utilization of effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance;
Conduct department performance evaluations and career development feedback;
Develops and implements the strategic education and development plan in support of ongoing key strategies and initiatives that incorporate a blended learning approach;
Working with department managers to support the development of classroom and on-the-job, technology-driven training and development activities to include responsibility for the train-the-trainer activities;
Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors; and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of external vendor training programs;
Investigate and assess new education, best practices, and learning products; make recommendations and evaluate utilization;
Develop program evaluation processes and metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of programs and ROI and report on findings;
Facilitate employee surveys to improve employee engagement;
Other related duties as assigned.
## Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of training and organizational development experience, preferably in a retail setting;
Experience in instructional design developing webinars, workshops and online programs; utilizing technology-related development resources;
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to control multiple projects and consistently achieve or exceed desired results;
Proficiency in the use of relevant computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, current LMS provider Corner Stone);
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or Certificating in Training, Organizational Development, or other related academic discipline a plus.
Demonstrated capability as an internal consultant and advisor working with diverse business units to assess, source, and in some cases, develop issue-specific training and/or development interventions;
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills with a strong client-service orientation and ability to work independently and in a team setting;
WORKING CONDITIONS : Work hours are typically 8-5, Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required. Office environment requiring long periods of sitting operation of standard office equipment. Requires occasional travel to Belle Tires store locations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
