Automotive Technicians/Tire Technicians/Sales Associates

As one of our valued Automotive Technicians, Tire Technicians, or Sale Associates, you will be committed to providing the highest quality of service necessary to satisfy our customers. Were looking for motivated, dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy being part of a team. To qualify as an Automotive Technician, you must be certified by the state of Michigan (not applicable for Ohio) in Suspension/Steering, at minimum. Knowledge of, and experience in, all areas covered by the ASE certification program, i.e., Engine Repair, Transmissions, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning and Engine Performance, would be highly preferred. To qualify as a Tire Technician, you should be able to change/plug tires in a timely manner. No experience? No problem! We provide training for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and passion for automotive technology. To qualify as a Sales Associate, you must be customer focusedwell able to assess each persons needs and cater to those needs with the best Belle Tire solution(s). You should strive to consistently meet assigned goals and objectives, while continuously building and strengthening customer relations. And, finally, your innovative ideas for improving our business will be encouraged at all times.
