Essential Functions:
Greet patients, visitors, and the public in a welcoming environment.
Answer incoming calls professionally and provide necessary information.
Verify insurance information and input patient data into our electronic medical record system.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of dental environment experience preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology; knowledge of Dentrix preferred.
