Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area - Assist with guest requests, such as room changes, additional amenities, or special arrangements - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner Skills:
- Knowledge of PeP by Hilton Front Office System is highly desired - Previous experience working at the front desk in a hotel or similar hospitality setting - Bilingual skills (English and another language) of great benefit.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues - Knowledge of night audit procedures and ability to perform night audit duties accurately - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of hospitality management principles We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
